Acknowledgment is simply: acceptance of the truth or existence of something. No judgment necessary. Some things may not be cause for celebration, but by acknowledging them, we can honor their existence and move on.

With all of life’s distractions, it’s helpful to balance the hustle and bustle, with moments of reflection on the past year. What did the year hold for you?

  • What did you get done?
  • What did you leave undone?
  • What are you accepting?
  • Where did you choose to move on?
  • What are you proud of?
  • What held your attention?
  • What pissed you off?
  • What made you sad?
  • What did you learn from all of it?
